FREE DENTAL SCREENING EXAMS FOR VETERANS
Walk-ins are welcome until 11:00 a.m.

To make a donation to MOSDOH Smiles for Veterans program, please visit atsu.edu/support-mosdoh-vets.
Veterans must bring a photo ID and their veteran certification form (DD-214) or VA card. Veterans will receive a dental screening and exam at no charge. Affinia Healthcare’s Outreach Team will be on hand to assist with Medicaid applications for uninsured adults.
