In celebration of National Poetry Month members of the Literary Arts section will read poems written by St. Louis born and St. Louis based poets including Maya Angelou, T. S. Eliot, Sara Teasdale, Donald Finkel, Howard Nemerov and Marianne Moore. Teachers of poetry, poetry lovers and those interested in tracing references to the city in 20th century poetry will find a feast of words. |
